Message	about 2 years ago i got caught doing 84 in a 45. I also got a racing ticket at the same time. It was a mandatory court date (not sure if yours is mandatory or not) but i went in and plead guilty cause I was guilty of course. Anyways, judge looked over my record, seen it was clean and asked if i wanted driving school. I had to only pay the driving school cost. So cliffnotes: I dont think you will have court cost when getting driving school. The driving course was the price of the speeding ticket + $5. This was in Madison County (Hunstville area). Have you called the court house in Marion county to see if you have to see a judge to ask for driving school? Hope this helps some?
